786 Construction Services Coorporation was founded when two CUNY college graduates, Mohammad and Jerry were frustrated with corporate life and decided to build a business tackling the most frustrating issues for NYC building owners, NYC property managements , Develoeprs , Homeowners , Real estate agents and , all that . They had heard from friends and neighbors a lot of frustration about getting quick estimates , crediblity of construction businesses, not showing up on time, fraud , not licensed , insured and, on projects.
Mohammad’s family had a horror story during COVID with a contractor who showed up 3 hours late and then smoked inside their house while completing the work.
So, with a dream of raising the bar for customer service, they launched 786 Construction Services Coorporation. Mohamamd and Jerry focused on managing the crews and doing projects. Early customer reviews were extremely strong. Mohamamd also learned a tremendous amount about customer frustrations and how to meet expectations. JERRY focused on customer experience, website work, and building the network of trusted partners. His ambition was to eliminate sales calls and eventually be able to provide a real-time estimate on every project and give the consumer back the power to make the best decision.
